Plibrico Reaffirms its Commitment to Safety

with Appointment of David Pinnegar as Safety Manager

 

To enrich its culture of safety excellence and ensure engagement across the company, Plibrico has appointed David Pinnegar as its Safety Manager. As Safety Manager, Mr. Pinnegar will be responsible for implementing company-wide health and safety practices, provide ESH instruction, develop training programs, track safety data, build strategic systems of safety for all of Plibrico’s operations, as well as helping Plibrico support its PliPartner network


Mr. Pinnegar is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience installing and maintaining machinery in a variety of industries. It’s during his early career that he developed a firsthand passion for workplace safety. As a member of Millwrights Local 102, he served as an instructor, providing his insights on best practices in health, safety and risk management to journeyman and apprentices, among other topics. And while he is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, Mr. Pinnegar believes the best education for safety professionals is taught on the frontlines of the industrial plants, thermal processing operations, and manufacturing facilities, which is where he spent a majority of his career.
