Product Information: Redline™ Red Hot G 70/5 is a mullite based gunning mix which can be applied either hot or cold.   It contains a silicon carbide addition to help resist corundum buildup.   This material develops an excellent bond with existing refractory surfaces and was designed to be applied over worn linings in aluminum processing furnaces.   It contains a non-wetting system and be applied both above and below the metal line.
