Official Rules: Plibrico Virtual Open House Welcome Gift and Drawing
How to Enter
Enter the Plibrico Virtual Open House drawing by accessing the official website and submitting your first and last name, work address, work email address and phone number. Entries may be made by visiting www.plibrico.com/virtual-open-house and providing requested information. No purchase is necessary.
The Plibrico Company is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, misdirected entries or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, errors in Drawing materials including, without limitation, these Official Rules, technical malfunctions, lost-delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damages to a user’s computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Drawing or any other problem or error that may occur. By entering this Drawing, entrants agree to these Official Rules and waive any ambiguity related thereto.
Entry Period
The Drawing begins on March 16, 2021 at 9:00 am Central Time (CT) and ends on March 18, 2021 at 12:00:00 pm CT (“Entry Period”). The Plibrico Company’s computer shall serve as the official time piece for the Drawing.
Eligibility
Welcome Gift and Virtual Open House Drawing are only open to qualified and eligible Plibrico Virtual Open House Attendees. Qualified and eligible attendees include:
- Attendees 18 years of age or older residing in the United States
- Attendees working within the thermal processing industry
Unqualified and ineligible attendees include:
- Employees of the Plibrico Company and its related organizations, and family members currently living in their household are not qualified and are ineligible
- Attendees that are employed or compensated by competing refractory manufacturers do not qualify and are ineligible
- Attendees employed outside of the thermal processing industry do not qualify and are ineligible
Void where prohibited by law.
Selection and Notification of Winner
The designated number of winners are noted in the Virtual Open House Drawing description. Winners will be selected by a random drawing within 15 days of the contest deadline and notified by email. One winner per household. If contact information is requested from winner and the winner does not respond by the deadline indicated in the email notification, the prize will be released to another winner. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. A list with the winners’ names will be kept on file at the Plibrico Company and will be available by emailing contact@plibrico.com.
General
By participating in Plibrico’s Virtual Open House Drawing, participants agree to the Official Rules, and that the Plibrico Company, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the Welcome Gift, prize or their participation in the Virtual Open House Drawing. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. The Plibrico Company may use winners’ names for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning each prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. The Plibrico Company will not disclose any address, phone number, or email contact information without permission from the contest entrants unless otherwise noted in the Virtual Open House Drawing description.
Restrictions
Restrictions may apply. One entry per person. Anyone who enters multiple times may be disqualified.
Cancellation
The Plibrico Company shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Plibrico’s sole control.
