Plant Manager – Oak Hill, Ohio

• Manage the day-to-day operations, identify performance indicators (KPI’s), and manage profit/loss
• Plan, organize and direct all phases of the plant’s operations
• Develop and manage manufacturing team
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental and relevant regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or any foreign equivalencies

Prior experience must include:

• 6 years’ experience in management of multi-site manufacturing facilities
• 6 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
• 6 years’ experience with manufacturing safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory
• 6 years’ experience leading quality improvement methodologies such as Six sigma and ISO, or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and TOC
• 6 years’ experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• 6 years’ experience with Microsoft Project, the Office suite of software products, & ERP systems
• 6 years’ experience with accounting methods and cost control procedures
• 6 years of experience in project management and scheduling techniques
• 6 years’ experience with continuous improvement tools such VSM – DMAIC – KANBAN or Control Charts
