Product Information: Redline Redphos 68SA is a mullite-based phosphate-bonded plastic refractory.   This refractory incorporates a high mullite-content aggregate in an alumina-fortified phosphate bonding matrix that utilizes a proprietary monoaluminium phosphate.   Redline Redphos 68SA offers a specific sizing distribution that gives the plastic a smoother texture which can result in improved ramming characteristics with reduced slumping.

Redline Redphos 68SA is ordered in either Stiff (SF), Standard (SD), or Export (EX) workability to conform to installation and storage requirements.

Manufactured with a fine grain sizing and a soft plastic consistency, this 3400°F service limit plastic utilizes a corundum and bauxite aggregates in an alumina fortified phosphate bonding matrix utilizing Plibrico’s proprietary monoaluminium phosphate.
