Plicast Al-Tuff 80 C KK is a version of Plicast Al-Tuff 3100 KK that utilizes an addition super coarse size bauxite.   This product has the same excellent aluminum non-wetting characteristics and physical properties of Plicast Al-Tuff 3100 KK but with enhanced crack, impact, wear, and thermal cycling resistance due to the super coarse aggregate.   Unlike many other competitive super coarse aggregate products which require intense vibration for placement, Plicast Al-Tuff 80 C KK possesses the same versatile flow characteristics typical of Plibrico’s low cement castable offerings – You can cast or even pump.
